2.2 Fees and Payment

– Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee is required upon application submission.
– Payment Options: Fees can be paid upfront or via monthly installments as detailed on the Fees page.
– Late Payments: Late or missed payments may result in access to course materials being restricted.

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

– Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
– Refunds (excluding the registration fee) are subject to timing and CEA’s refund policy.

3. Programs and Course Delivery

3.1 Program Modifications

CEA reserves the right to make changes to course content, schedules, and delivery methods to improve the quality of its programs. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.

3.2 Learning Modes

Programs are offered in various formats, including classroom-based learning, e-learning, and live-streaming options. Students are responsible for selecting the mode that suits their needs.

3.3 Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the program and fulfillment of all academic and financial requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All course materials, including study guides and handbooks, are the intellectual property of CEA or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Permitted Use

Students may only use materials provided by CEA for personal, educational purposes.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to behave professionally and adhere to CEA’s policies. Disruptive or unethical behavior may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

5.2 Academic Integrity

Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is prohibited and may result in course dismissal without a refund.

6. Liability

6.1 Service Availability

CEA strives to provide uninterrupted services but does not guarantee that courses, platforms, or materials will always be available without error.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

CEA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific program.

7. Privacy

7.1 Data Collection

CEA collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By enrolling in our courses, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

7.2 Data Security

CEA implements reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Students are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

8. Corporate and Custom Training

8.1 Tailored Programs

Custom training programs are developed in consultation with the client to meet specific business needs.

8.2 Confidentiality

CEA will not disclose proprietary information provided by corporate clients unless required by law.

9. Refund Policy

9.1 Higher Certificate Programs

– Registration fees are non-refundable.
– Refunds for course fees are subject to timing and are not guaranteed after the start of the program.

9.2 Short Courses

– Refunds for short courses are only granted for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date.

9.3 Corporate Training

– Cancellation of custom training sessions must be made in writing at least 14 days in advance to qualify for a refund.
