The Facilities Management Programme (FMP) is an intensive course designed for built environment practitioners in first and middle management roles. It focuses on enhancing innovative thinking and entrepreneurship rather than following a fixed recipe. The course promotes creative thinking and has significantly benefited over 1,300 delegates, including international participants, many of whom have launched successful FM careers.

This self-paced online course features experienced lecturers covering various topics. Delegates receive lectures via email and must review provided study materials, including handbooks and e-lectures, estimated at 60 hours over three months. Additionally, delegates complete structured assignments, requiring about 20 hours for preparation and submission, which are evaluated with feedback provided.
