What is RPL at Career Excel Academy?

Validate Your Expertise. Accelerate Your Future.

At Career Excel Academy (CEA), we recognise that deep, practical expertise isn’t only built in a classroom. If you have extensive experience working in construction project management, quantity surveying, facilities management, or property development, our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathway is tailored for you.

RPL is a formal evaluation process aligned with SAQA and National Qualifications Framework (NQF) standards. It assesses the informal and non-formal learning you have accumulated throughout your career, giving you access to accredited programmes.

RPL for Access

Gain entry into our premier academic and professional training programmes even if you don’t meet the traditional academic prerequisites.

CAT (Credit Accumulation and Transfer)

Get a flexible educational system that allows learners to earn and bank academic credits for completed modules or courses.
